As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

The front desk is open daily from 6 AM - 11 PM. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide a negative COVID-19 test result. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 18 and up, and the test must have been administered no more than 24 hours prior to check-in.
