We need to change 4 times our room. And the training staff alone without senior staff or local staff assist. 1. Block G at 5th floor, we request to change due the lift are out of order, yes the have other lift but far for us plus we come alone with baby 3 month, 3year, 10 year and 11 year kid. 2. Yes, we change order room at block A 2nd floor but there is no channel for the TV, we I ask why the TV are not working they telling us problem with technical issue. They should inform us earlier or fix it. 3. Again we change the room, I was waiting at receptionist while my husband are checking the 3rd room again. The room is studio room our is family room. 4. again and finally we got the room. Can image how hard we are up and down with the kids? 5. They are telling us there is no WiFi include. 6. There is no shop nearby.
