This hotel is in strategic location. Near gotanda station. Staff friendly. I’ve shipped my baggage from osaka before and they accept my baggage 2 days before my check in date. Even the baggage already sent to my room when I check in. The room nice and clean. Definitely will stay in this hotel again if I back to Japan.

Everything was superb! Spacious with a great bathroom cleanliness! Located just right next to Gotanda Station and there are a lot of restaurants near the hotel (there's a Family Mart too next to the hotel)

Hotel location is great, the rooms are very small, internet Wi-Fi connection the worst ever. The rest is OK. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I'm really glad for the strategic location. Just 3 minutes from west exit Gotanda Station. Happily we also got an free upgrade to 4 people instead of 3 so the room we stayed is very big! The hotel provided us charging so we did not need adaptor. Overall I was so happy to stay at this hotel. I gave 6 starts out of 5.

it was my 2nd time to stay at MyStays Gotanda Station - very convenient, since it was just across the Gotanda station. if you're staying with your kids, better to booked the big room with 2 beds or 3 beds even better. no worries if you need to find snacks / supplies, FamilyMart downstairs, or just across the street there's a mini supermarket (in Gotanda Station) need a bigger one? just go to Remy around 5 minutes walk from hotel.
