Because tower B can be far from the door to the Pakuwon mall, it is better to ask for tower C. The voltage is not possible if you use AC and microwave together so I have to turn off the AC first. Overall comfortable stay here especially if you bring a small child to stay.

I already booked this room without seeing the review because it was sudden and the information was that there was a 24-hour front office. After reading the review I reconfirmed he said the condition of the room was good, but after arriving I was disappointed. I arrived at this apartment at midnight so when I contacted for complaints no one answered (although he said the front office 24 hours but in fact there was only security). I only stayed one (half) night so actually the condition of the apartment is not too much of a problem, but I want to share so that the others don't feel trapped. The condition of the apartment is not maintained and the facilities are very minimalist. There is a dispenser but the water is empty, there are cooking utensils and gas stoves, refrigerators and smelly cookware. No dish soap available, the bathroom was also empty. The AC in the main room is off. The only highlight is the swiming pool. I brought the children and they love to swim here. There are five types of pools (baby pools, beach pools, children pools, lazy pools, and regular pools for adults with jacuzi). For the deposit, I transfer at the time of entry and return 24 hours after I leave. Outside parking because indoor parking is only for subscribed parking, and subject to hourly parking fees.

Good service from the management. The first apartment is not really good and the next day we asked to move and we got the really good apartment, clean. Location is perfect, walking distance to mall and all restaurants. Easy to order grab, and the pool inside apartment is nice. Good price too

Clean room, hot water and stove worked, bathroom was so clean, new bedsheet and blanket, big aircon and clean fridge. The pool was under maintanance but the staff help us to show the way to other pool and the location is really good, walking distance to the mall. All the security are nice.

Good, but we have to pay for the parking service 3.000 per hour.
the apartment management didn't call me that the car need to be registered before 11:59 AM.

Hot water for shower was not working well, not proper bed on the 2nd room, deposit is much more higher than room rate and to get back the deposit we have to wait until the office was opened means at 8 - 8,30 a.m. so we could not travel earlier than that. The TV not working properly. One of the AC was also not working properly, have a very noisy sound. Finally the price was not worthy for that kind of room.
