Aesthetic hotel and comfy, you can look from the lobby it has such a nice vibe. I booked 1 room junior suite for my parents and 1 regular room for me and husband, it was a big room even the regular one, and of course the junior suite is bigger. I think all room has access to connecting room aside it, but we didn't book like that. They also have a lift to access upper floor. Unfortunately as we arrived for check in, the electricity was down and all lights/AC were off. After 5-10 minutes the generator turn on and we can use the lights again. Over all it was a good experience (except the card key to my room is somehow keep broken after we tried so many times so we used the traditional key instead). The breakfast is fine, but I've never tried “sop buntut” in their restaurant

This is my first time staying at the Palais Dago Hotel, the place is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the room is also very comfortable. This place is highly recommended, everything is perfect, the wifi is fast too. Anyway, next time I will come here again with my husband! hihi :)

Senang menginap di sini, Lokasi strategis, kamar nyaman, bersih, AC cukup dingin. Meski sarapan tidak banyak pilihan tapi lumayan buat harga segitu. Karyawan sampai satpam sangat ramah, terutama resepsionis yang bernama Mbak Amel sangat baik dan ramah sekali. Insyaallah kalau ke Bandung akan menginap di sini lagi.

Hotelnya biasa saja, sesuai harga tapi saya semalaman tidak bisa tidur nyenyak mungkin karena kamar kurang kedap. Ada suara suara dari luar kamar, air panas lancar, kamar juga luas tapi kaya pengap.
