The hotel is clean, neat, good wifi. The atmosphere is very comfortable. There is a clean swimming pool, the staff is also friendly. God willing, next year we will stay here again with our beloved family

The place is really comfortable to rest. Clean. It's just that yesterday when I came here, no soap was provided, there was no water heater for tea/coffee either.

A very comfortable place to stay, not far from the culinary center of Solo. Coincidentally our destination is Omah Semar and Timlo Sastro 😍 thank you The Comfort Solo, someday we will return 🙏. The negative is, got a room on the 1st floor right in front of the swimming pool, very happy because you want to swim, you just have to plunge. But it turned out that it was quite disturbed by the noise of the innkeepers who chatted all day on the chairs by the pool. Maybe because of a large family that happened to be staying over. There's no hot water kettle, but if you need hot water, you can ask the receptionist.

Stayed here during Eid with my family (booked 3 rooms), just checked-in as usual (check-in at 8 pm) and the staff was friendly but as soon as I was informed about room problems, I immediately complained because a few days earlier I had confirmed that 1 room could be below, remembering that my mother's leg was in pain and the receptionist had called her in the affirmative. The staff looked confused when I said they had confirmed a problem with one room below, as if there was no coordination between the FO staff. Finally the receptionist at that time said the room was available but told to wait until 10 o'clock, I asked the reason why and he said because the sheets weren't ready then I offered a solution so that the sheets were exchanged for the sheets for the room I was going to occupy, the staff said still couldn't because the cleaning service was not available (?). It's also strange, yes, a hotel in the middle of the city like this but the cleaning service can't be there 😅 until my father said he wanted to install the sheets himself if there were no staff to replace them, the receptionist refused, to the point where we started to get annoyed because there was no solution and we tired too long journey. After being pressed about the problem the room was not ready, then one of the staff informed us that the room had just been checked out in the afternoon which had not been cleaned and would be cleaned/tidied up soon (attached is a photo of the room being tidied up). Please hotel management to further improve the performance of the staff, if there is a request from a customer, please note it directly and coordinate it with fellow receptionists so that it doesn't be missed. It's a shame that the hotel is already comfortable in the middle of the city (including a small hotel that is comfortable too though). Honestly, I feel disappointed that I paid for the hotel, I also confirmed a few days earlier for room problems but the service was lacking, my intention was that the hotel wanted to rest, but instead I took care of a room that wasn't ready. That is all and thank you.

Sebenarnya hotelnya bagus & strategis walaupun kamarnya sempit, tapi banyak kekecewaan yang saya dan keluarga alami. Yang pertama, saya check in, bawaan kami banyak karena menginap dengan membawa 2 anak dan kamar kami di lantai 2, tetapi tidak ada inisiatif staff untuk bantu membawakan koper dan lain-lain, jadi harus kami yang minta. Yang kedua, keesokan paginya setelah subuh air kamar mandi kecil sekali dan saat saya mau mandi airnya habis tidak ada yang mengalir. Saya telp fo tidak ada yang angkat. Setelah berkali-kali di telp baru diangkat dan jawabannya tidak memuaskan yaitu bilangnya torennya habis & sedang diisi. Ya terus?! Bukan urusan kami dongg. Dia juga tidak ada permintaan maaf atas kehabisan air. Padahal saya harus flight ke Jakarta jam 8 pagi. Akhirnya saya & anak-anak ga mandi! Gile bener. Yang ketiga, saat suami saya coba turun untuk cek air di toilet umum ternyata airnya juga kecil dan mendekati habis. Suami saya tanya ke satpam (karena di bawah ga ada resepsionis, adanya cuma satpam) juga jawabannya gini “ada dikit pak airnya” dan sambil ngerokok! Ga sopan banget tuh satpam. Ampun deh nyesel banget gue nginep di sini. Dikira bakalan nyaman kayak namanya tanya ga nyaman.
