Clean rooms, cold AC, clean toilets, breakfast, although only fried rice, porridge and fruit, is delicious and filling.

It seems that the price is cheap and you can eat too, this soup and bread is magical. For standard room facilities according to the budget, but good for transit, clean and an atmosphere like home.
