The room was spacious, the bed was super comfy, it was clean, the breakfast was delicious. We had indian food for breaky, surprisingly I loved it. My kids like them too. We would love to stay in this hotel again.

Sunlake hotel is our second home. We stay in this hotel every week as it's near my husband's working place. The room is spacious, perfect for a family with kids. There are kids and adults swimming pools, gym, tennis court, and play structure. We can see good value staying there.

Overall this hotel is great to stay with family with children, but must improve the cleanliness, especially the children's playground area. Should have a garden keeper for the outdoor area, the mini zoo area more often get clean - a lot of red ants when children feed the animal can get bite. The food is great, curry was tasty, gado-gado & rujak delicious, dim sum was nice, pizza, all food are delicious. The staff are friendly and smile on their face make us feel welcome. Very recommended to stay here, hope more improve get better and better, the cleanliness of the room, pillow, and bathroom.

This is the umpteenth time we have stayed at Sunlake Hotel Sunter. This time we celebrated our son's special 11th birthday. And of course he himself decided where to stay, and chose Sunlake Hotel. Starting from the friendly security. The helpful receptionist and quite agile in providing appropriate services and information, no fuss. All staff who met us greeted us with a smile. The most exciting part for our son was the Swimming Pool. Very happy because the water was clean and we were very satisfied swimming, especially our son who had a birthday. The breakfast was varied and delicious, but unfortunately on Friday morning there was no potato menu in the western food section which has been our favorite since long ago at Sunlake Hotel. What's lacking? The food service in the swimming pool area is a bit slow. That's all. Hopefully in the future the service can be faster. But, overall Sunlake Hotel is much better. Comfortable hotel, friendly staff. Thank you for the experience we will never forget. Maintain the good, improve the lacking.

Staying with family at Sunlake Hotel, the check-in process was fast and assisted by friendly and communicative hotel staff. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The family room is spacious and complete with amenities. The swimming pool area and children's playground are quite complete and are very popular with children. The location around Sunter Lake has a place to eat and other facilities. Overall, it is quite satisfying to stay at this hotel, keep the good service.
