For the size of the room is very very pleasant, but mostly lack. I took this hotel because my brother in law married at this hotel, but unfortunately the hotel is less professional. From his unprofessional staff, the groom must go down directly to turn on the lights at night. I was originally asked to check in at 9, when I came at 10 there was no room for me. The staff said that they had given confirmation to me, but when asked for proof the staff could not give no more than 15 minutes suddenly the room I requested was already there. The next day, at breakfast only given 3 bread for 1 room with the excuse that the staff was exhausted because the event last night.

The receptionist said we could use the lounge for free because it was already a subscription, but suddenly charged, it felt like a fraud.
