Jangan pernah mau nginep di sini! Lobbynya udah beda, resepsionisnya beda, kamarnya kotor, lift bau rokok, bedcover banyak bercak noda dan kuning, sarung bantal apek kaya gak pernah diganti, 1 gedung dengan tempat karaoke yang gelap, sangat jauh berbeda. Saya juga kecewa karena tidak ada tindakan yang dapat melindungi pelanggan.

The hotel is good, there is a restaurant and karoke too. There are lots of places to eat outside the hotel, but unfortunately the sheets and pillowcases are not clean, you have to ask first if you don't want to give them a towel. The places is strategic from any where.

The sheets and pillowcases are dull black, you can see them in several rooms on the 5th floor. And many of the showers are rusty. 507 The TV won't turn on. I've been informed by the lift officer who said he would check later but he never came. Other rooms also complained that the AC was not cold on the 5th floor too. I've stayed there several times, never paid for parking, but yesterday I was given a small parking slip of 10 thousand, everywhere the hotel parking was free.

The towels are perforated and dirty. At night it's noisy because of the karoke side. If it's just for sleeping, it's okay, but for staying for a long time, it's not.

Overall kamarnya sesuai harga yang dibayar lah. Tapi ada beberapa kekurangan yang perlu diperhatikan: 1. Pintu kamar saya bisa dibuka walaupun tanpa ngetap kunci kamar, perlu diperbaiki segera karena terkait kemananan tamu. 2. Check out subuh tidak ada yang jaga di lobby, terpaksa harus manggil satpamnya di lantai bawah.
