Bad services by front office while check in. When I checked in, the front desk staff informed me that the room I requested was not available. After a bit of arguing, they finally said that there was one more room available. You can imagine that if visitors just keep quiet, they will definitely be treated like me and not given the room they paid for.

i love the room.. spacious, comfy, clean, sleek, the bathroom is breath taking, it looks like it's made of marble.. it has a view that can see the sparkling lights of Jogja at night.. near Malioboro, Tugu station just across, close to the city center.
