Honestly, it's an old hotel, but I've been here and for me this hotel is affordable and good and safe. Two stars with facilities exceeding 2 stars. The friendliness of the staff, and clean rooms and perfect working equipment. Unfortunately, when I visited, the lift was not working so had to take the stairs. However, for me, this hotel is very good for me at a very affordable price. Thanks to Ms. Rina, you have served with a sincere heart, with a smile and open arms. You deserve a star. Front desk staff was very helpful. They gave accurate info. The room was fabulous. Spacious and comfort. The food was delicious at their 24hrs halal restaurant. Will come back again.

Anju Cottages is a good place for vacation cause it has beautiful views.

Easy check in as always, very tiny room, no other amenities except toothbrush, centralize Air Conditioner so you can't adjust the room temperature. recommend only for short stay / transit, 1 KM from Kualanamu Airport.

Perfect place to stay not only for short but also long time. Located in the center city, easy access, cheap price but so worth it. More than expectation.

Ecolodge was not just eco friendly but also pretty cosy accommodation. I think they provide best quality and service among accommodations in Bukit Lawang. Staffs are attentive and quick response. We stayed new building in with connecting doors and charming loft space which my daughter liked it. Food was mainly Indonesian food selection but it was nice. As they provide eco friendly environment, there is no WIFI in rooms, only at restaurant. No hair dryer, no TV and no Mini Bar, no AC. But to enjoy nature, it did not matter for us. Hotel staff helped us to arrange Orang Utang tour, and we could find two Orang Utangs and a monkey, which was awesome experience! I recommend Ecolodge for those who want to find comfortable accommodation in Bukit Lawang.

Location is Good, near to The Lake and at the center of Panoramic view. Room is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.
