The place is comfortable, quiet, the room is pretty clean, only the air conditioner is not cold enough. The bathroom is a little less clean.

Just to get into the room, it's a hassle for customers to go back and forth just because the card to take the lift doesn't work, it's far from the tower to the reception, the room isn't clean either. Everything is outdated; (not anymore, even if it's just for stopping by.

The ceramic wall in the bathroom has a hole in it, it looks like the toilet has leaked out and it smells like urine. Only 1 towel.
