The location is a bit far from the city center, but close to Alfamidi. If you go to the mall, it's closer to Manhatan or Ringroad, the facilities are in accordance with the price.

There is no free mineral water provided which is usually available, even at RedDoorz where the room prices are cheaper. AC is not cold. The TV is on but there is no broadcast.

The room is spacious, the bathroom is spacious with a shower and hot water, but there are lots of mosquitoes in the room and we have to ask the receptionist for towels.

Towels must be requested, when requesting towels at night, the receptionist even complains saying why didn't you ask for towels during the day, even though during the day we are leaving the hotel, shouldn't the towels be automatically replaced? At check-in, they were not given a room according to what was ordered with the reason that the lower floors had run out and had to be on the top 3rd floor, at the same time guests who checked in on the spot were even told they were still ready. After we requested below, we were even asked for additional money. Soap and drink have to be asked many times to the receptionist.
