We do not include room ameneties such as soap & shampoo, you can read the description before you book the property. The sink is not clogged, but you don't open the sink cover rubber, & for towels, we always give two towels to our guests and when you check out, there are still two towels. For the guard who left you, because our guard called, that you ordered a room to be occupied by 5 people, while the room capacity was only for two people (your reasoning was not notified by Traveloka), and I still allow it by adding a payment of 100 thousand for 1 extra bed, and the room can be occupied by 5 people, but you refuse to pay and just leave our staff.
