The hotel is dirty, breakfast is only provided with bread and tea

The price for the room is executive but the quality of the room is the same as regular in other hotels. There is no soap, no drinking water heater, broken telephone, breakfast is just plain bread and hot tea. Less recommended.

Kasurnya keras banget, seperti tidur di lantai, terus deskripsinya gak sesuai dengan apa yang dikasih tau sama di foto, katanya dapet snack pas malam sama dapet makan pagi, ternyata cuma dapet roti doang, terus ga ada perlengkpan mandi, cuma sabun aja, itu pas diminta baru disediakan, tolong perbaiki fasilitasnya.

Kecewa kami sekeluarga mau check out jam 7, rencananya sarapan di hotel dulu. Tapi hotel menyediakan sarapan jam 9. Jadi kami check out tanpa sarapan.
