Order 2 bedroom, the room is very dirty, the door is difficult to open, all the room lights are off, the mattress is very, very uncomfortable, the room is very dusty, sorry is that room or what? Kind of not a room to rest.

Sori saya lupa foto karena masuk kamar jam setengah 1 malam. Biasanya setiap kali pesan oyo saya sangat puas servicenya. Tetapi tidak kali ini karena saya pesan nya suite family tapi malah dikasih double bed. Dan saya sudah bayar seharga suite family dan kurang bersih lagi kamarnya kotor. Masih ada debu. Toilet bau pipis gak di bersihin, AC bocor gak ada sabun dan sampo serta handuk seperti biasa oyo siapkan. Mohon untuk evaluasi

Early on, there were some who gave bad reviews, but I ventured to the message and thank God it was not as bad as the reviews. Even very good and comfortable with a cheap price can be a really good room with 2 rooms and 2 AC + There is hot water. Ah, it's really top bangeet😍

Sheets + pillowcases, dirty blankets, not replaced rich. You have to ask for a change first, then replace it, if you don't have guests staying overnight, you can immediately replace it.

The staff helped but the situation was indeed crowded because of the flood. Got tower C which on that day the water went out, the electricity went out, the elevator went out, so up and down the stairs 11 floors. Then there are lots of cockroaches in the room.

Many animals have large ticks that tickle, finally don't check-in there because it's already ilfeel first, complain to the receptionist directly given a new room but it's not in the mood so it's not taken, please clean each room, maybe because it's cheap so yeah get a room bad, but it's not interesting, want cheap / expensive should stay awake.
