very good.. next staycation here again..

For a 4 star hotel, the food served has very little variety, the taste is just so-so and the worst part is that a lot of the food is finished including the coffee. How is that possible?

We had a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay in a spacious and clean family room witth multiple beds. The hotel was very convenient for our needs, and every team member—from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant, laundry, and room service—delivered excellent service throughout our visit. Special recognition goes to Taufik and Mayang from the breakfast team, Enggar from housekeeping, and Candra from guest services for their warm hospitality. The security staff was also very attentive and helpful. This stay left a great impression on us, and we would gladly come back again! Suggestions for Improvement: It would be great to have a coffee machine in the breakfast area as an alternative for stronger, more flavorful coffee. Offering fresh fruit juice instead of syrup-based drinks would be a welcome upgrade. Additionally, serving pempek that is soft and not overly cooked, along with a broader variety of traditional Palembang dishes and cookies, would greatly enhance the dining experience. Standouts: We especially loved the local pineapple and Burgo—both were delicious!

For the cost per pax, it is quite expensive for breakfast, but the type of food is worth trying.

All hotel staff from entering the hotel area, receptionists, even to the hotel cleaners, are all welcoming and all restaurant crew are very humble and welcoming with smiles to guests.

Great location, close to the mall, complete facilities and lots of food variety

The receptionist had breakfast, the room was upgraded and they got food, but the breakfast attendant said they didn't get food.

This is indeed the best hotel. The facilities are complete with whirlpool, sauna, pool, gym that we can use while staying there. And for the food, it is super duper delicious and varied.

In my opinion, checking in at 3 and checking out at 12 is a loss for customers because it doesn't even last 12 hours, and there are also amenities like towels and mats that don't have to be requested first.

The hotel staff at breakfast was not pleasant when they saw it when reprimanding hotel guests who brought children, I hope that the meeting will be reconsidered by the hotel so that they can implement a cross-subsidy system for guests who bring children. So that it doesn't look too stiff.
