The staff were super friendly to the extend that they offered me a deluxe double room instead of the single room that I booked, without any extra fees. It's a family business and you can feel the family vibes there, I stayed for 1 night only but for sure I'll choose this place once I visit Mataram again. Facilities: WiFi, AC, TV and the Mall is around 10 minutes from there.

The location is good. Near with very delicious pork satay (only open morning to afternoon). There are many ants. And cockroaches at the toilet. The internet signal is poor. I need to go to the second stairs to have a good wifi signal. But I love they have water heater. The wardrobe is big and the room has little TV

The staff are polite, the owner is also friendly, the room is okay for that price, the wifi is also fast, the AC temperature is right, it's not cold, hot water is available, unfortunately the sink tap is stuck, the tap lever to the shower is also a bit difficult to pull, hopefully it will be fixed soon, the rest is good and clean ✨

Cheap hotel in the middle of Mataram city. Cheap doesn't mean bad. Room condition is clean, AC is cold, comfortable. Suitable for those of you who want to vacation on a limited budget.

The price is cheap but there is still quality service, the wifi is quite fast and there is hot water, for the price <100 thousand per night, it is really worth it 👍.

Jaringan komunikasi seluler di kamar saya tidak bagus sama sekali, jadi saya harus bergantung pada WIFI yang sayangnya, lebih sering error, jadi saya terpaksa harus keluar kamar untuk sekedar balas chat atau kerja. Dan ruangan kamar termasuk sempit ya dengan harga segitu. Selain itu saya juga risih ditanyain hal-hal yang terlalu pribadi sama staf di sini yang menurut saya, maaf, norak banget, padahal saya ga ngekost di situ.

Definitely gonna stay here next time as well! This was my second time staying at Nalaya Homestay & the family are so friendly. I reserved my stay for another date by mistake, but they didn't have any complain about that & they happily welcomed me there 🤍 Many thanks 🙏 Highly recommended 😊.
