Nice hotel and still said to be very new. First, the staff came, all girls, and were very helpful. TV here can also be Netflix'an youtube and others. Anyway, I don't regret staying here. The rooms are very clean, amenitis, cold AC 👍🏻. The lack is quite far from the airport and it is rather difficult to find a place to eat. Don't be sad, even though it's far from where to eat here, there is also a dining menu that can be ordered. ️

Overall worth it. The employees are friendly. Bedroom as expected. Clean. There is a TV, AC, 2 power plugs, a mirror, a small table. The bathroom is spacious but only 1 towel is provided even though 2 are staying. The toilet water pressure is also lacking, but the shower and sink are good. The shower has hot water. Quite far from food stalls.

Masih baru, jadi masih bersih, nyaman, dan stafnya ramah banget, dekat juga dari pusat kota, makanannya lumayan enak, untuk sarapan bisa milih antara nasi goreng atau mie goreng, akses ke tiap lantai hanya melalui tangga, airnya kurang kencang juga di toilet, wifi sama AC-nya kenceng banget, okelah.

Had a pleasant stay at Mama Komodo for our transit before we went sailing. We stayed at Executive room for 1 night. It was very comfortable, the bed, the room, the bathroom as well. The food was nice as well. For this price I would say it's pretty worth it. They provide airport pickup service for 100k/trip, if you are travelling with friends this would be a great option. 1 side note, the water pressure is a bit weak. But overall it was a great stay.

Clean hotel but lots of mosquitoes. Approximately 15-20 minutes to the city center. Cheap but not cheap.

The place is super far from the city. Orders via the online motorcycle taxi app (vehicles or food) keep getting rejected because they are too far away. They do have food available with a standard menu but the price is super expensive (ex: egg fried rice 50 thousand). The room is cramped (but the bathroom is quite big). Nb: we ordered a superior room with extra bed and as a result there really wasn't any movement area. The saddest day, the second day I wanted to ask for a glass of hot water to make baby porridge, and it turned out that I paid 15 thousand (what is 15 thousand warm water for a small glass) really disappointed. Even in other places, if you don't provide an electric kettle, there must be hot water on standby in the lobby. From me, who often stays in a lot of standard category hotels like Mama Komodo, this is at least not recommended. Sorry Mama Komodo. For other things I can ignore it, but because of 15,000 a glass of water, I am very disappointed. It's not because it's 15 thousand, but how come it's so evil that it feels like a small glass of hot water is valued that way.

Previously we apologized for a number of things that made you feel uncomfortable, but allow us to ask and explain a few things for your inconvenience. If we may know, you said our hotel is super far away, what is the benchmark from or where from, ma'am? Can you give me some info, coincidentally when you went to Mama Komodo there were road improvements to Mama Komodo so that the route that was close to it changed a bit far. If it's about a glass of hot water, we only appreciate IDR 5,000/glass, Mrs. and this is listed on the drink menu. Our Fried Rice, in addition to using sunny side up/omelet, includes chicken, scrambled eggs and vegetables too, as well as crackers and pickled cucumbers as a complement to all of this which is written on the menu. Maybe this is just a brief explanation from us. Thank you, Ms. Eva, for staying at Mama Komodo and thank you also for the review, I hope that in the future our service can be even better.

Sorry if our staff is very forced to contact you many times to your cellphone, to ask again whether you have checked out or not, considering the condition of your room which has been emptied with a number of unresolved bills. We will review our SOP again, especially in handling guests who check out without a passing reception counter, so this won't happen again in the future.
