+have good condition room, + big enough for one even 2 person. + have snack corner. + front door with scanning system. + affordable. - maybe can be cleaner, water shower need to be repaired (it keep showering hot water) but it pleasant & comfortable stay๐๐ป

The place is spacious and clean. There is a slipper/shoe closet outside. Her mother is kind & friendly. And the good thing is that there is a canteen, you can buy snacks and order rice and get delivered right away ๐๐ป. The best anyway.

I arrived at 10/11, initially planning to just leave my suitcase because my event was at ICE and I didn't think it was time to check in yet. It turned out that the guards had been invited into the room, there was no need to wait and coincidentally the room was also empty and had been prepared. The rooms are ok, boarding houses for the upper middle class. The AC is cold (very), the bathroom is spacious but a bit dirty but in a bearable way; Still understandable. My complaint is that the shower can only be hot, the heat is so hot I'm confused about how to take a shower because of the habit of using cold or ordinary water ๐. The room is indeed a little damp, there is a large wardrobe but it's a bit of a horror for me so I don't open it. The caretaker is also friendly. Thank you for the experience.
