Good hotel, clean, and comfort

The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.

Had a super late check in but the staff were very polite. Perfect place to stay for the night. The breakfast also great. Definitely will come again.

The hotel is away from the busy road, nestled among the private houses, Summer Hills private is ideal place for a delightful break away from the city. The staff are attentive, pleasant and helpful and so made our 5 days stay a meaningful one.

More than 10 times been here for gateway, never disappointed. Nice clean & tidy room, perfumed well, also comfy bed makes it perfect. You should try breakfast here. Not a fancy one, but really feels like home

The room is excellent! Very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. I left my phone and it returned safely! Also...they washed our car as complimentary!

Great apartment - everything was clean and nicely decorated. The host was friendly and gave really good instructions for check in/ check out and parking information. Great location, and instagramable too. Would definitely stay here again. 💕
