I'm afraid I have to write a negative review for this. My only positive comment was that the owner was very responsive and tried to be very helpful. But at the end this establishment was overpriced, uncomfortable and unsafe. I booked this place on the same day because of a sudden change of plans - and I chose this because of the positive reviews and also because the price was doubled compared to the other units in the same apartment. I thought that they probably gave better service, the apartments condition was much better. In short, Jarrdin apartment is an establishment that is deteriorating and you can see the evidence everywhere around the building. Cracks, writing on walls, the up button on the lobby lift was missing etc. The security was also poor as the guards were only at the gates. There was no security at the lobby or the entrance from the parking lot. The emergency stairs had no doors as well. In short, anyone can come in and out as they please. When we got to our unit, it was really small (photos attached) and not as clean (sofa was soiled). We are a family of four and this unit is only comfortable if you are a couple with a small child maximum. We asked to shorten our stay from 3 nights to only 1 night because it was so uncomfortable and filed a complaint to booking site but after going back and forth with booking site and the owner, the owner insisted that we still have to pay for 2 nights even though we will stay for 1 night. So we agreed to stay for 2 nights. Another reason for this was that it was actually Non-refundable so be careful! But the TV didn't work. The owner was fast to send someone to fix it but since it couldn't be fixed so we were moved to another unit right next door... Which was right in front of the floors garbage bin. In the 2nd unit, the TV worked and the owner even gave us 2 additional towels after we complained that we only got 2 even though from the booking we already stated we are a party of 4. When we first entered the 2nd unit, I already smelled a small whif of gas but didn't think too much about this because we were preoccupied of unpacking again, turning on the AC and opening the doors and windows because the room and especially the bathroom smelled moldy. At around midnight, at least 1 hour after all windows and doors were closed, the gas smell became more apparent. My brother who arrived later immediately smelled the gas and unplugged it. We had to open the doors and windows as we were afraid of gas poisoning and it was too late to move out. I immediately filed a complaint to the owner and booking site and told them I am immediately checking out early morning!!! I still had to pay for 2 nights though but I filed a formal complaint to booking site as it is evident that the units are not well maintained or given a thorough pre-check before the guests arrive. The next day we booked a other nice hotel that was almost the same price we paid for a night here... But with breakfast! Please do reconsider if booking here and I urge the owner to be more thorough in maintaining their unit.

The strategic location next to the exact Ciwalk, the room has a view of thick and shady trees because of the position of the room on the 11th floor at the end. I booked a room for 6 people, the capacity was quite spacious, there were 3 mattresses and a folding sofa. The room facilities are also complete. The manager is also friendly and clear to inform access to the room.

Satisfied and very happy to stay here, the room fits in the photo, the facilities and equipment are complete starting from the kitchen equipment to the full bathroom, clean and neat clean room, prayer equipment is provided, especially the city light view from the 20th floor room is really good. Thank you Ms. Nora, very friendly? Overall exceed the expectations and really recommended.

The check-in process is easy, it will be contacted directly with her. But if you can advice, it's better to put your mobile number here, so people who want to check in at 1 are not confused. I personally just called at 5 pm. (luckily it was still on the road). I ordered a 2 room apt, indeed the size of the apt was very small. But enough for 7) the rooms are okay, clean, neat. The bathroom is also clean even though the hot water is too hot and difficult to adjust. Which is a reconsideration, the apartment building is ugly. The elevator is rocking. The corridor is also rocking. Makes a lot of concern. So far everything is good. And get a gorgeous sunrise bonus because the windows and balconies face east.

The view is cool. The place is nice too. Only because the air conditioner is in the living room. The back room is so hot. There is no air at all.

Poorly maintained apartment room. The rooms are narrow, the check-in budget is bothering to search for its own key, there are no officers. Check-in must be at 2:00 p.m. Though already in the apartment parking from 1 o'clock past it was a long wait. Facilities and comfort do not match the price.
