The hotel is clean, the service is super friendly, help for parents or disabled people moves quickly. The food is good, the choice is also quite a lot. Comfortable room, hot water is also available. Review jujur. Pelayanan tidak ramah, tidak ada inisiatif karyawan untuk membersihkan ruangan harus dipanggil dulu, dan waktu itu minta dibersihkan juga tapi tidak kunjung dibersihkan. Water heater tidak hidup, AC tidak bisa dikecilkan, toilet duduk tidak ada tutup dan alas duduknya. Internet tidak sampai ke kamar.

Room facilities are reduced a lot. Hot water does not live closed, shake shake is not fixed, breakfast is long past time. AC is not cold enough.

I never get the weird services as this such one. They ask me to wait for checking-in since this hotel can't get my reservation data. After that, this hotel gave a room with rest room that can't flush. They move to other room eventually. Before it, they let me know that I am a guest without breakfast. Then I reply to them, that I don't ask for breakfast as you can see it from my reservation. The staff then reply to me with words, "Just to make sure that you know, you don't have a breakfast coupon." Huhhh.... This kind of service really me feel weird.

The service was very minus and when it was going to add days from the receptionist it was okay but after a few hours it was said that the rooms that would be extended had already been booked so we also argued and it turns out when we won the interval how many minutes we were expelled for reasons that were not ours.

Very unpleasant experience, because the service from the hotel is not friendly. The hotel is also old, the price does not match the existing facilities. It's better at Arya Inn or Oyo. The breakfast menu is measured, so it is delivered to the room, there is no buffet, the hotel price is 100-200 the most expensive.
