I had an awesome stay with my friend. We were really satisfied with our room and the staff were really nice and helpful. Hoping we could stay here again in the future. The only downside was we only stayed here for one night 😅

Best view 5-star hotel in Jakarta. The view is truly unbeatable, and Kempinski hospitality is amazing. We stayed at Grand Deluxe room which comes with package (complimentary cocktail evening at the Nirwana buffet and bar). Very recommended for family staycation, or expat who come to Indonesia.

super strategic location. the room is very comfortable, but the bathroom is not very clean, there is still the smell of urine from the previous guest. the elevator area also smells.

It was a great stay here. All the services were friendly, the hotel room was clean, the location was very strategic. The toilet was sophisticated, but it felt like there was a little electric current when sitting down. The TV was already a smart TV. Overall okay.

The service and hospitality is verry top notch. We asked room decoration for anniversary celebration, and they did very well. Also, they upgraded our room for free. All equipments in our room is also functioned well. Surely, we'll come back next time.

I stayed because I celebrated my 25th Wedding Anniversary, the cake from the hotel was really delicious, and the bed was good because it was made of 2 swans, direct access to the Grand Indonesia Mall so it was nice to be able to go straight to the mall, basically I want to stay again at the Kempinski Hotel Jakarta ❤️

staycation while celebrating my husband's birthday was very enjoyable. the room was clean and the staff service was very helpful. birthday decoration requests were served very well. the price is very affordable with the quality and facilities offered, plus the location is very strategic because it is connected to the mall. because I am from an area that relies on maps to go anywhere, so finding a hotel that is connected to the mall is very helpful 😍 good job! next time I really want to come here again with my beloved family ❤️

My family and I arrived around 12 noon and it turned out we could have an early check-in. Then I got a free room upgrade to Grand Deluxe. The room was big and had a big bathtub too. My child was very happy while staying at the hotel. There was also a playground facility, although the place was small. The food at breakfast was also varied and delicious.
