To be honest, I am not satisfied with the service, but because the staff is friendly and ok. I happen to use a room that is executive with no breakfast, so I will review the executive room only. When I checked in I had to wait around 30 minutes because the room was not ready and it was going to be cleaned, even though I checked in at 9:15 a.m. and about 9:45 a.m. I just entered the room. Oh yes, when you check in, a 100,000 deposit will be requested, then it will be returned at checkout. For the condition of the executive class room in my opinion it is not okay, even like a standard room. The room is quite clean, but small, not like the photos like executive rooms. The facilities are 2 towels, 2 bar soap, 2 toothpaste brushes, and 2 bottles of mineral water, there is no hanger in the cupboard, there is a tissue box but there is no filler. The air conditioner is cold, the hot water is functioning. I am disappointed, there is TV but the broadcast is all blurry, only 1 channel is clear and can be watched. And the most disappointing is that we are given a wifi password but there is no difference !!! The WiFi signal is lost, even if it's not connected to wifi. At checkout, it was very long time for the receptionist to process the check in check out. Until the queue was crowded, there were almost 45 minutes I waited. From 10:00 to 10:45 I just left the hotel. For the food I do not know how because I choose the room not with breakfast, there is a breakfast package (if not mistaken) starting at 25,000-50,000. The parking lot is quite wide, although it is also full of motorbike vehicles by the guests. For motorbike parking overnight in other hotels usually do not charge parking fees, this time I was asked for parking money (motorbike 5000) by security guards. After all, the security guard was naughty or the hotel was actually parking the guest parking, which obviously I did not receive the parking ticket. So far I am not impressed with this hotel, if told to return maybe I will not stay at this hotel again. Next I have some photos of the contents of the executive room, toilet, restaurant, receptionist, hotel front view, and parking. Yes, that's how I experienced staying at a Hollywood Hotel that I could share. Hopefully useful in giving an overview of choosing a hotel for all of you. thanks.
