Upon check-in, you are required to bring Marriage Certificate. Please bring the required documents in hard copy.

Hotel has a policy for Family of not receiving any reservations made by non-married couples and that the married-couples has to present themselves with a valid government-issued identity prior to check-in such as Indonesian ID card (KTP suami-istri) / Marriage Certificate / wedding photos (foto-foto pernikahan). Failing/refusing to do so will result in the rejection of the reservation. Hotel ini memiliki kebijakan untuk Keluarga dan tidak menerima reservasi yang dibuat oleh pasangan non-menikah dalam satu kamar. Pasangan yang sudah menikah harus memiliki dan memperlihatkan identitas diri seperti KTP suami-Istri dengan alamat yang sama / fotokopi Buku Nikah / foto-foto pernikahan pada saat registrasi (check-in). Pihak hotel berhak untuk membatalkan/menolak reservasi jika tamu tidak dapat/menolak menunjukkan kartu identitas yang diminta. Please note that the property requires additional security deposit of IDR 150,000 per room upon check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out. A damage deposit of IDR 150,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Setiap tamu yang akan menginap, wajib menunjukkan kartu vaksin atau surat hasil negatif Antigen atau PCR pada saat check-in. The guest who will stay are required to present Vaccination Card or Swab Antigen/PCR Covid-19 negative result upon check-in.
