The place is clean and comfortable, nice, the facilities according to the price are very worth it, with the price offered, towels, soap and water have been provided, the service is friendly and good. Highly recommend for those who want to go to Solo, because the place is in the middle of the city close to Solo's tourist attractions too.

Ya aku ga ditempatkan di Griyo Kulo Syariah Solo, jadi tempatnya ga sesuai dengan foto-foto yang ada. Alasan dari cs nya, katanya ini bangunan baru, jadi belum diupload. Saat check in ada perdebatan sih dengan cs nya. Dy memberi saya kamar yang nampaknya belum dibersihkan sama housekeeping nya. Karena housekeeping membersihkan kamar yang ber AC. Cs nya menjuruskan saya ke kamar AC tersebut dengan tambahan biaya, ya saya ga mau, karena memang saya ga kuat dinginnya AC. Saya hanya diberi pilihan nerima kamar kipas yang belum dibersihkan itu atau upgrade ke yang AC dengan tambahan biaya. Cukup kasar sih untuk service customer. Saya keberatan karena bahkan kipas anginnya berdebu tebal. Tapi ga ada itikad baik dari cs nya untuk membersihkan dulu. Untungnya itikad baik itu datang dari housekeeping nya yang mau membersihkan dulu kipasnya. Seperti yang saya sebutkan sebelumnya bahwa kamarnya belum dibersihkan, karena banyak semut halus disitu, bahkan sampai ke kasur-kasurnya. Ga akan keliatan dengan kasat mata kalo hanya sekilas dilihat. Ditambah di toiletnya tidak ada keran cebok, gantungan baju, dan juga cermin. Plusnya penginapan ini ada area menjemur, jadi aku bisa leluasa cuci baju. Selama 3 malam di sana ga ada service apa pun ya. Dan cs nya pun ga berada disitu. Bahkan untuk bertanya pun sulit. Karena no contact wa nya pun jarang dibalas. Menimbang luasan kamar, kamar mandi dalam, dan area menjemur maka saya kasi rating oke.
