Starting from the check-in process which took 40-minutes because you had to be picked up by a golf car, of which there was only 1. We waited at the parking area. Room service also took a long time and the food that arrived was also packaged like ordered online. The TV is not connected to the internet. And no sleeping blanket for extra bed. In the middle of night there was a school attendance event and it really disturbed rest time. The check out process also took a long time. The breakfast menu provided not varied and not tasty.

Pelayanannya sangat memuaskan, fasilitas nya cukup lengkap, nyaman dan bersih. Hanya layanan mobil buggy nya hanya ready 1unit saja, jadi harus menunggu lama dan untuk restoran nya kurang bervariasi menu nya.

Sarapan sangat tidak variatif, untuk diresto nya ayam goreng nya tidak fresh (angetan) pelayanan resto lama. Kolam renang anak airnya kotor lumutan. Jaringan wifi tidak stabil.
