Pros: the hotel is nice, clean, smells good (it actually has room freshener spray). Very comfortable staying here. Beds, sheets, blankets, blankets are all very good. The bathroom is also clean and doesn't smell bad. Gallons of water are also provided outside the room, so you can refill water. A bit surprised that for that price you can get a fairly spacious room. The location is really strategic: near the Pasteur toll road, campus area and Setrasari mall, so looking for food or a place to drink coffee is easy, if you want to go to the supermarket, you just have to walk to the house. Disadvantages: no shampoo, the internet is often down and in the morning it doesn't turn on at all on the 3rd floor, the glass bottle for water isn't dry enough so it looks like there are dots of water used to evaporate, the service in the lobby is a bit confusing because there isn't any the staff is proper, and there is no telephone in the room so if you need anything you have to go up and down. But overall the hotel is okay, especially for young people who don't really need this or that, and if there is another chance I will definitely come back.

Bersih dan nyamaan. Mantap, cuma emang keliatan sepi karena kayaknya masih baru. Tapi kamarnya oke luas, cuma kamar mandinya emang kurang luas, ada air hangat atau panasnya untuk mandi. Parkiran cukup luas dan nyaman, langsung ada lift dari basement. Pokoknya terbaik penginapan ini.

Saya baru pertama kali masuk udah langsung keluar lagi, saya kecewa berat. Menurut saya ini penginapan yang paling aneh menurut saya, ini harga penginapannya ga murah-murah amat sih, yang mana harganya pun mencapai 300k. Pelayanan yang diberikan tidak bagus sama sekali, masa iya ini sprei kasurnya ga diganti, kotor kayak bekas orang, ada noda-noda juga, saya bisa bedain mana seprei yang diganti atau gak ini sama sekali ga diganti, terus juga yang bikin mencengangkan masa iya ada rambut cewek di lantai, padahal saya baru masuk (saya cowok) dan lantainya pun ga bersih juga, oke disitu masih sabar lah, tapi saya liat keset untuk kamar mandi sama sekali kotor, bisa diliat di foto juga bukti-buktinya, saya sangat merasa rugi dan ga bisa di cancel juga ini pemesanan saya. Saya bukan orang yang cuma 1x atau 2x menginap di penginapan atau hotel, makanya saya bisa ngebedain mana yang diganti misal sprei nya dari orang sebelumnya atau gak dan lain-lain saya bisa bedain. Jadi menurut saya buat yang mau menginap di sini tolong pikir-pikir lagi deh. Karena biasanya harga segitu bisa lebih dapet penginapan atau hotel yang lebih baik dan bagus pelayanan nya.

I chose this place as it seems to be the most beautiful in Bandung. After arriving, I was super disappointed. The receptionist was not at the desk around 3pm+ and did not disclose the wifi password. Not willing to give a study desk as per the room booking photo since I am not staying for 'one month'. The shower tiles are full of black moulds, and the first room given: Toilet seat is broken and does not even have toilet paper. The water heater temperature is so high that steam vapour will come out after 5 seconds if the room hasn't been used for a while. Stains all over the sofa seats. Rooms reeks of a strong cigarette smell. All my clothes had a cigarette scent and I was getting nauseous. Near the mosque, prayers are loud if you stay at the end. 1.5 week stay changed 3 bedrooms. Won't want to come back to Indonesia, hate that there is so many 'Fake hotels'. They call themselves a coliving but there isn't a proper kitchen or lounge. The smoking billiard lounge at the lobby belongs to another company. Can't sit without having the pressure to buy something. There is no fan, lots of cigarette smell at the lobby. Sigh.

The rooms are clean, spacious and affordable. Will definitely come here again if I go to Bandung. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Super satisfied, highly recommended.

The interior and so on are okay, nice, comfortable, quiet, unfortunately cleanliness is very poor, lots of hair, in the shower there is so much female hair that the drain is so dirty when you open it, it's hard for the water to flow, and even the hair on the duvet is still there So I'm not sure whether the bed sheets and other things have been replaced or not? Anyway, cleanliness must be the main thing, changing bed linen and other things is really important because we don't know beforehand whether the guests have skin diseases and so on, so pay attention to that. Kamarnya bersih, rapi, bagus dan nyaman. Tersedia Netflix yang siap pakai juga. Hanya saja kamar mandinya kecil & water heaternya terbatas/cepat habis.
