It's not bad, only when you check in there is a long queue, and if you go everywhere it's a bit far and the sound is heard in the next room.

The service from the receptionist is really long for check-in, it can take about 30 minutes, let alone check out. For the room, it's pretty good.

The service was not good, it was different when the hotel was first opened, the service at that time was very good, but now the service seems curt, especially the receptionist. This is the last time I've been to this hotel and I don't really recommend it.

Hotelnya baru, kamar gak terlalu gede tapi compact, bersih, modern. Di kamar tersedia lampu belajar, hair dryer, setrika, sajadah, handuk dibungkus plastik, wah keren pokoknya 😃. Sarapan pagi juga enak, saya di lantai 5, nyaman. Staf hotel juga ramah.
