First Tama, thank you to the staff there whose service is quite good
mopping the floor with lots of mop so the floor is uncomfortable to touch the soles of your feet, there is sticky sticky..
there are lots of small insects (cockroaches), on the floor..
will stay again, but not in room 401

The hotel is okay, the room is quite clean, but for the bedcover there are still some spots that haven't been cleaned. The AC is cold. The water is clean, not yellow. The toilet is also clean, there are tissues too. Toiletries, towels are also available. The TV is on. What is a bit disturbing is the sound of the elevator going up and down. It can be heard in the room. BTW, I'm on the 2nd floor, and the room is close to the elevator.
Overall, okay to try again. Keep innovating and accept criticism, suggestions from customers. Good Job! Thanks
