Crowne Plaza JAKARTA RESIDENCES, an IHG Hotel

It's a great place to give a rest for your head after some long and busy days. It was great. I only got 1 problem, I had requested a double-bed bedroom, but they gave me a twin-bed bedroom. But, it's okay. I got smoking room and city view as I requested.

My 2nd staycation here after 1 yr ago, really enjoy stay here, everything is good, very clean, staff friendly and polite, make us feels like home. Near to Plaza Semanggi Mal (but only looking for the food), will visit again next time.

I am very happy & enjoy to staycation at Crowne Plaza Residence. everything's going fine, from the friendly, helpful staff who explain and bring me from hotel to residence area, fast check in time, new and very luxury building and design, off course the healthy protocol from covid-19, guest was receive a free facemask, hand sanitizer, wet alcohol tissue 👍👍 the room is very big, very clean, cool aircon, beauty sightseeing, very enough to bring family up to 5 persons. wifi is good, no issue for whole nite&day love the bathtub, the only issue was hot water may not enough for fill the bathtub. the facility : gym area, swimming pool have 3 area : kids, normal, jacuzzi (not so hot) Nearby Plaza Semanggi shopping mall, 5 min walk distance only. I really enjoy staying here, a reallyy good standard of hotel, and Crowne is a part of IHG Groups like HolidayInn and Intercontinental. Will coming again next time, and recommend to my friends. Thank to Traveloka & Crowne Plaza for the best experience.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

New Apartment Hotel type, include microwave, wash-dry washing machine, everything is clean and new. Swimming pool include jacuzzi with hot water and whirlpool.. we have a great time!! Thanks..

Great bedroom with complete amenities. The bed & sofa are so comfy. The Interior is simple but nice. Sadly that's the only positive side of this hotel 😅. Very slow check-in process, it took more than 2 hours. Lobby is a bit small, it was crowded as people were waiting & queuing. No restaurant/cafe available so I choose to wait in the nearest mall. When the hotel called me & informed that my room is ready, they gave me room with twin bed instead of double bed like I ordered. They insisted it's the only non smoking room available left so I choose to stay in a smoking room even tho I'm not smoking, just to get a double bed room like I ordered. No given facilities information while check in process, not even wifi password 😂 I had to call several times just to be informed by the hotel staffs. Less greetings, not close to friendly. Thank God I came here with promo price. Not sure if the hotel management knows there are lots of executive service apartments around Semanggi - Kuningan - Sudirman area. If you want to win your customer's heart within a tight competition, of course it's not with a service & hospitality like this. If I stayed & paid for a full price, I'd definitely ask for a refund.

Beyond my expectations. Even though checking in had to wait about 1 hour because the room was not ready. All staff are very friendly and informative. Cooking utensils and cutlery are available, there is a microwave and stove so you can cook simple things. Definitely will come back, keep up the good job Crowne Jakarta.

93.0 sqm, very spacious! Great rooms and service! The bathtub is next to the glass, unfortunately I got a less high floor. Got HS, mask and alcohol wipes too! I'll be back!

The position of the hotel is a bit confusing, I got into the wrong parking lot. You should go straight from the entrance, go straight in, later after going downhill, turn left past the hotel lobby and go straight into the basement parking lot. The check-in and check-out process is fast, without any problems. The facilities in the room are complete and complete, a large size TV with a wireless soundbar with great sound effects. Very happy and comfortable staying at Crowne Plaza Residences Jakarta.

Pros: good and quality room facilities. The washing machine can be used and dries immediately. Good electric stove. Complete cutlery, very comfortable bed. The swimming pool is semi-outdoor so swimming when it's raining and hot is no problem, only the water is cold. Disadvantages: the water is not strong and the hot water doesn't last long, there is no lift/stairs access to the parking lot and the parking area has not used an access card/parking officer fortunately it's not far away. There is no room service yet, but if ordering food online is facilitated, you can leave it at the receptionist. Overall me n my m enjoyed it so much.
