warm staff , nice & clean room and the food good also

The hotel were comfortable and nice.. I have satisfying sleep and rest. The bed and pillow are super comfort, breakfast also delicious and lots varieties. Super recomended.

Breakfast with plenty of choices. Its location within walking distance to Mesjid Agung. Lot's of food stalls along the way. Everything feels great! It was on the day when they have third anniversary. They invited orphans to stay and having some event with those kids, so sweet.

Always stay in this hotel everytime we went to Tasikmalaya. And the hotel is never let us down. Comfortable bed, nice surrounding (lots of choice for food), polite staff. Only once we're a bit disappointed when they forgot to change our towel so we had to call front office since housekeeping didn't answer the call. Overall was a good experience.

Location is really ok. There are many options of restaurants just around the corner. Breakfast just fine. Service in hotel is good. I asked extra towel and they deliver to my room quickly. No charge for that. Thank you very much.

Good services and comfortable situation that I guess. Ramayana is recommended hotel in Tasikmalaya.
