This was one of my best trips ever! The owner Agus was one of the best hosts that I have ever experienced in a hotel! Before we got there I had WhatsApp contact with him to arrange a tour + tour guide for the weekend, he always answered very fast and clear. Anything is possible if you ask him and he will honestly do anything to make you feel at home in the hotel, which we did! Also, food was amazing! Agus was cooking new stuff all the time and let us try typical Indonesian things. I would recommended anyone to go here and do the tour! It is truly amazing and breathtaking!

Mikie Holiday Resort
Good hotel, checked in at night, only the staff at the reception has the problem. Two female staff at the reception should be trained and be more friendly. Also, if you can change the deposit system, it would be much better. Don't make it complicated for your guests.

the view is great
the shower runs so well
the room is clean, unfortunately we stay on the third floor and the lift under construction.

Hotel Grand Orri Berastagi
Average 2-star hotel. Not suitable for its 2-star status. I made a reservation for a four bed family room, which was very disappointing. The condition of the unit is not well managed. Cockroaches and leeches and ants in the room and toilet. Cobwebs not cleaned. The reception by the female receptionist slightly alleviated the disappointment. Thank you for welcoming us as a family with warmth and sweet smiles.

Hotel Grand Pinus Berastagi
The rooms were overpriced. Not worth it. The parking was limited and not safe. I've parked beside the management office and my car tire was flattened. The hot water was not functioning. Our request to change rooms was also not being entertained. Please avoid this hotel.
