Ac Bocor terus, air panas gak hangat, untuk kamar bersih, pas dateng sabun kosong cuma ada shampo.

First time stayed at this hotel for 6 hours transit. Came already late around 23.30 and no issues during check in. They have a space just next to the hotel to park your car. No issue when parking the car but to exit the parking space was different story. It was peak holiday season so many cars parked there so we need to move some cars so our can got out from the parking lot. There was staff available to help though. But still it was challenging 😊.

The staffs were absolutely delightful despite high season of Eid. Food was OK, nothing special.

Dirty bathroom, moldy walls and musty smell, stuffy bedroom and I was bitten by insects until swollen. This experience is enough to make me not want to come back again, please improve and pay attention to the cleanliness of the bed etc.

Lumayan untuk transit sebentar ketika dalam perjalanan mudik. Kamar cukup besar, kasur nyaman, namun sayang eternit banyak noda hitam hitam seperti lembab/bocor. Ac bocor sehingga air menetes ke lantai. Untung cuma stay 1 malam.

Great hotel, luxury, in center of city.

Overall OK, but in the peak seasons, breakfast taste just average.

First I got a room with AC broken, and then the hotel quick response to change the room. Nice and good servicing hotel.

Secara keseluruhan OK. Hotel yg nyaman dan enak buat keluarga.
