Penginapannya baru, resik dan kekinian. Tempatnya bersih, furniturenya juga baru. Jaraknya 5 menit jalan kaki dari Stasiun Solo Balapan. Kamarnya cukup luas, kamar mandinya juga cukup luas, water heater berfungsi dengan baik. Sayangnya rak sabunnya dibiarkan miring but it's not big deal lah. Kalau bolej usul sih, lampunya diganti yang warm white, pasti vibesnya lebih estetik. Btw, karena ini kos-kosan jadi air minum disediakan di luar, tersedia juga kopi dan teh, bisa masak sederhana, karena peralatan masaknya disediakan. Tapi bekasnya harus cuci sendiri ya. Bisa pinjam setrika juga. Overall menyenangkan

All were good, wide room, clean and full of facility. But when I stayed there the electricity was off and ac wasn't cold enough.

Cleanliness 10/10, there is hot water, the place is comfortable, there is a kitchen with it, basically for backpackers who are looking for a strategic place to stay, here! Because it is close to the station or terminal. Little reminder, you have to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and shampoo because the only thing available is hand towels and soap but overall it's so good.

Power outage, only turned on almost 12 at night. It's a shame that we didn't anticipate having our own generator.

Fasilitas yang diberikan oleh Chelsea j indekos Sangat Memuaskan. Saya sangat merekomendasikan tempat ini untuk ditempati. Fasilitas yang diberikan sesuai standar hotel dengan tingkat kebersihan yang Cukup Bersih. Saya belum bisa mengatakan sangat bersih dikarenakan lantai kamar yang tidak keset dimana kurang nyaman ditapaki. Selain lantai kamar, semua fasilitas dan keramahan pegawai dapat dikatakan Sangat Memuaskan. Indekos ini juga memfasilitasi pinjaman barang seperti setrika, hair dryer, dan beberapa barang lainnya untuk kenyamanan penghuni. Sedangkan untuk alat mandi, Indekos ini tidak menyediakan.

Pesan penginapan di sini karena lumayan deket sama stasiun Solo Balapan, untuk kamar yang didapat best banget menurut saya, pelayan juga ramah-ramah lokasi dekat juga sama tempat makan. Kebetulan, saya checkout di jam 6 pagi tetap ada yang jaga, cocok buat tempat singgah istirahat sementara. Overall oke sih ini buat pertimbangan tempat singgah sementara.
