An unpleasant experience when having breakfast, we were told to queue for a very long time. Meanwhile, some of the breakfast locations were closed. Annoying. The staff were also not very friendly.

The hotel staff are all friendly, especially Kak Fira, the friendly receptionist, without being asked, she gave me the card access to the mall. Basically everything is easy, comfortable and I want to stay again.

Initially I chose a smoking room because I thought there was a balcony. It turned out that the smoking room could smoke in the room, so it was very stuffy and smelled of smoke. Luckily the hotel allowed me to move to a non-smoking room, and the room was much more comfortable and spacious. The hotel is comfortable, if you want to go to the mall you only need to walk a few steps....

for the superior deluxe twin room, it is almost the same as the deluxe type room. But there was an AC leak in room 1708 even though it had been repaired and it was still leaking on the 2nd night of staying. The breakfast was pretty good, but the variety was too little, not like before when there was a lot of variety, there were boiled noodles and meatballs. For the swimming pool, there are only 2 chairs on the edge of the pool to put things down, there is no table, so it is not comfortable to swim here, one of the female staff from the restaurant in the hotel when she met me in the elevator was rude because she glanced at the gofood food that I brought to the room when I passed her in the elevator, please improve the comfort again. Thank you for all the services... especially for Kak Duharma who wanted to upgrade our accommodation. 2 nights there were very enjoyable.. it's been 2 times staying there.. still the best.. but unfortunately the rooftop restaurant was not open so we couldn't take a nice photo with the view of Medan city. the rest is okay
