The staff was friendly and helpful, I was check out early in the morning and I find 1 guy was in the reception, he was helping me a lot with the transportation to go to airport. the room was good and not so much noise so was perfect to had a good rest for those who has long trip

As usual the room is clean, friendly staff, and the food is good. The only problem is when we bring our own car and try to find a parking inside BSB mall complex. Its good to come to the hotel befor the mall opens (9 PM, 10- PM) so there is still more parking available.

Bed was awesome, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good (specially Hainan coffee). The only comments is to make peanut butter, butter, etc in proper containers and make it clean. The fruits need to be more fresh and varies. Live music singer need to involve more audiences.
