Room looks old comparing to the age of the hotel which is considerably young, at least desk chair and TV needs to be replaced. Some power socket inside the room is not working. Bathroom was OK, but lighting should be brighter, small cockroaches was present, as there 's small hole at the bottom of bathroom door, need to fill the gap to prevent any other pest or rodent. Overall it was an okay.

They gave me 4th floor. Have to have stairs each time. Room provided was so old and moist, bathroom clogged. Immediately asked to change room on the next day.

I will give this rating a 10/10, it was an impressive staycation experience with my family. Quick check in/out. They gave us a free room upgrade to premium club. Spacious room with good ambience and bright lighting. Very clean, comfy bed and pillow (as standard Marriott hotel groups is the best). All the staffs were very helpful, friendly and prompt responses. They gave us a free breakfast as a compliment when we actually had to pay extra. Various menu with very good quality food. Extraordinary gym with various equipments and always has a guard ready to help. One thing perhaps try to improve the water cleanliness at the pool. We had the best staycation experience at Westin Jakarta. Thank you for the hospitality.

Comfortable room, very clean and neat but we couldn't setting for washing machine duration and it took so long to wash our clothes. But recommended public facility.

The place is nice and clean. One bad point is hard to get Grab or Gojek.

It was a very pleasant stay and the staff is very friendly, too.

I can say, I didn't enjoy staying in the hotel. The AC was broken, resulting to the hot conditioned room. I already escalated it to the staffs, but they couldn't be much helpful. It feels like they didn't do any maintenance at all to the rooms there. I checked out early in the night and moved to another hotel cause I was very not comfortable with that condition.
