This accommodation is perfect for a staycation, family stay, etc. This hotel provides super excellent services from the minute you stepped out of your car at the lobby until the last day you stayed there. The staff were very friendly and helpful starting from the security, front office staff, restaurant staff, room services staff, swimming pool staff. There were some of them even left heart warming pieces of memories were the service from Mr. Hanan and Ms. Priscilla at the Dining area. You must try the "Beras Kencur with Vanilla Ice" offered by Mr. Hanan. Overall, I really enjoyed it and had a super pleasant stay. Thank you Padma Hotel Bandung

Glad to be back to Tibera Ciumbuleuit. We have been staying here a few years ago. This time the package rates incl. Breakfast. The room facility & ambiance was good and clean. Amenities are OK. The only lack of parking space here, is limited and space/access is narrow. Breakfast is good, though limited of choices, but the food & snacks are delicious. Everytime the buffet table runs out of food, then kitchen staff will refill it. Hotel staff was providing incense for aromaterapy at the lounge & lobby area, so it smells good. We enjoyed our stay at Tibera Ciumbuleuit.

You get what you pay for. Affordable, but a bit shabby. I could spot cobwebs on a few corners of the room. Bed is small and hard. AC and TV was okay. Hot shower worked great, but they only provided 2 bath towels and door mat, no soaps. I got 2 small soaps after I asked the front desk.

The bathroom need urgent refurbishment as the furniture is badly damaged by the water from shower.

Seperti biasa, semuanya OK untuk hotel/apt ini. Kalau bisa tambahkan fasilitas seperti sauna, spa.

I had a pleasant experience during the stay at house tour. It is comfy and artsy which provide a unique experience for the guests. Will definitely come back to its other properties when I am back in Bandung. However, a little upgrade on the bed would help make it perfect (it is rather hard for my taste).

Better, they should change management at soonest and rebuilt all things relate to facilities & services. So it would be appropriate to use 4 star hotel grade.
