I thought the room would be small but its quite spacious. And I love the city night view from my room, also the location is close to the malls and restaurants. Will surely re-book next time in HK.

Nice location with many shops around. Room a bit cramp, a bit hard to open luggage.

I paid but I didn't stay in this hotel. I reserved a wrong date but they didn't care to help. I supposed to stay in the 5th of April but instead I booked the 4th. I already booked the Sheraton hotel in Macao on the 4th the same date as regal 's. No solution no refund no change. I went tO the regal hotel oN the 1st of April but Janice the regal hotel receptionist didn't cAre and asked me to contact app, the agent where I reserved and made payment. No help at all. I won't stay in this hotel in the future. To me is not about money but service and assistance is number one. Two thumbs Down for the service from the receptionist.

Near train station. Near restaurants and convenience store. Small bathroom. Small space. For the value of the price is OK for overall.

Awesome, stay there for a week 😘, even the breakfast was same ABCD choices everyday doesn't matter for us. Then front desk always helpful also Mr. Wing the man helped us with our trolley luggage to the taxi in front ofvte hotel. Will staying there again next time. Definitely.

Good location, food and transportation almost all day serve. Staff are great, most of them speak good English and helpful. Breakfast is average, room size a-bit cramp, and no shower option bathroom. Lobby, room and others facility pretty new (well renovated).

My fave hotel in HK. Basic facilities but enough for me. I had a pleasant stay here.
