Light is not working in one of the toilet. I'm wondering why it's not fix as there's daily cleaning session. Another problem is should provide hot water dispenser.

The rooms photos are not like advertised. Rooms are not maintained properly. Dirty carpet, cracked walls, cracked ceilings, peeling wallpapers. Soggy smell on the hallway, paints on furniture peeling off. We booked 4 nights and wanted to be out after the first night but the policy won't let us cancel the booking. We decided to rebook at another hotel.
