Bank Account for Refund Terms of Use

By submitting your bank account details in the Bank Account for Refund page, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all contents in Bank Account for Refund Terms of Use Traveloka Terms of Use, Flight Refund Policy, and Hotel Refund Policy.

  1. You must correctly and accurately state one bank account number to use for the refund process.
  2. The bank account you provide will be the registered bank account number at Traveloka and will be the sole account used for refund transactions whenever you request a refund from Traveloka and/or an automatic refund from Traveloka is processed
  3. For refund submissions made prior to the implementation of these terms of use, the refund will be directly deposited into the account number You have registered.
  4. Refunds can only be requested through the same Traveloka user account as the one used to make the original booking.
  5. You declare that refunds are not associated with money laundering, financing terrorism, or any other criminal activities. You agree to release Traveloka from any obligations and liabilities regarding refunds initiated by You.
  6. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Traveloka has the right to withhold or cancel the refund process, if you or the requested refund process are suspected of being involved in any criminal acts, including but not limited to money laundering/terrorism, fraud, deception, and theft.
  7. If necessary during the refund process, You may be requested to provide additional information, such as a copy of an Identity Card and/or other required documents.
  8. Traveloka shall not be responsible for any unlawful or illegal acts committed through this refund payment process.
  9. Traveloka shall not be responsible for the authenticity or accuracy of the information you submitted on this form.
