Sesuai untuk di kalimantan timur yang membutuhkan tempat bermain yang mengedukasi, fasilitas baik, meskipun saat proses tiket masuk ada sedikit mis antara Traveloka dengan pengelola yaitu untuk standar batas minimal untuk umur Anak yang harus dengan tiket. di traveloka batas paling bawah 2 tahun dan di rumah ulin arya minimal 4 tahun. Mudah2an bisa terkondisikan lagi antara agent dengan pengelola.

Fasilitasnya masih oke. Tapi mungkin hewan2nya lebih di perhatikan karna terlihat sudah sangat stress mungkin karna ramai orang, terutama kelincinya. utk staf2nya sangat baik dan ramah. Kolam renangnya segar dan kamar mandinya bersih.

sayang di rumah Ulin Arya masih belum ada ruang laktasi bagi ibu menyusui.
selain itu, sayangnya tiket berenang tidak dijual terpisah di Traveloka.
untuk flora dan fauna nya, bagus bagus. cocok untuk membawa anak anak kesini dan mengenal binatang binatang, walaupun tdk banyak.
jalannya juga bagus, bisa dilewati stroller.
