the treatment was great here. my mum and I booked treatment in separate rooms and the facilities were brand new. I also liked the ambience and the decoration of this place, made me feel comfortable to sit for a long time

This is the first time I come to My Spa Bali and there's nothing but compliments that all I can say about this place.
The facility is great, the staff are friendly and helpful and the massage is very good. Definitely will be coming here again

bersih, Nyaman, staff ramah dan baik hati. saya di pijit dengan nyaman dan tidak sakit, mandi diberikan ruangan sendiri, bukan di shower room biasa, kami datang bertiga , diberikan dua ruangan terpisah. pelayanan baik, voucher redeem juga gampang. cuma parkiran yg agam kecil., namun masih bisa parkir di depan ruko, dijaga oleh petugas. over all, saya akan kembali lagi. thanks.

Tempatnya nyaman menjalankan protokol kesehatan dengan baik. Saat baru datang disuguhi welcome drink, tp saat itu juga langsung disuruh naik jadi tidak sempat mencicipi itu minuman apa. Therapistnya enak pijatannya, tempatnya juga nyaman. Selesai treatment juga disuguhi minuman teh jahe, jadi berasa segar di badan

mendapat best price untuk promo hari Ibu, saya dan Ibu mengambil paket wellness selama 150 menit. paket komplit yang sangat bagus, tetapi massagenya terlalu lama dan justru pegal sesudahnya, jadi lebih rekomen ambil paket yang 120 menit saja atau jenis massage lain
