Apartment in Nusa Dua Beach

The air conditioning in the room was broken from day one. I called for a technician, but it broke down again, and it wasn't until the last day of my stay that it was completely fixed, which took up to 2 hours. Imagine enduring three days in a room with a broken AC in Bali's scorching heat. Why wasn't I offered a room change as soon as the AC issue was reported? I was on a long stay, after all. Even after check out, not a single staff member asked about the stay experience. We only can complained here.

I stayed in the old building. It was terrible. Once: at the last night the AC was broken! I felt upset. Although the offered me the premier room, I still the price of the old building was over price. Hence, they gave me free lunch in Ikan Restaurant.

This hotel has never failed me. I have been to mulia bali few times since it first opened. This time I went to mulia after being dissapointed with other hotel. Even after 10years plus this hotel still has its charm. The bedroom is spacious, the bathroom also luxurious and spacious. I even got a welcome macaroons from the staffs said"welcome back". Thank you Mulia for uplifting back my holiday mood after a bad experience from other hotel.

Love the place, especially Nampu. Their teppan is on point!

1. The room on the 1 floor is with permanent noise from yard area, I had bad sleeping. 2. Only 1 socket near the bed, so my phone is not charged for next day. These 2 points are enough to add this hotel to my black list.
