We enjoyed our stay here very much. Tra Mi from guest experience was very attentive, so as the people from front office (such as Thuy Diem)! The housekeeping and F&b team were wonderful, I'll be sure to come back here when I visit Tuy Hoa once more 🌼🌟

Everything is good, especially Ms. Tra Mi, the customer service department & the receptionist Linh Phuc Thuy are all enthusiastic
The only thing is that there should be a separate entrance and separate elevator for guests going to the bathroom and guests staying

The resort is clean and beautiful, with lots of trees and lots of swimming pools, suitable for families with children. The bedroom is clean and has a very fragrant essential oil scent. The staff is polite and friendly, the breakfast is local and quite delicious. Book a room through Traveloka, which is reputable and has a quick and convenient check-in process.

The room has a beautiful view. The lobby downstairs is spacious and clean. The swimming pool has many shooting angles, and there is even a basement leading straight to the beach. The staff is extremely friendly and always smiling. I am especially impressed with Mr. Huong in the Bellman department and Ms. Tra Mi in the Customer Care department, they are enthusiastic and caring. Mr. Huong also took photos for us and was very thoughtful. I am very satisfied, thank you very much and love the people here.

The staff are very enthusiastic and friendly, always smiling and greeting guests. Especially the 2 electric car drivers, Mr. Huong (I can't remember the name clearly) and a guy wearing glasses were very enthusiastic in carrying my suitcase and helping me when I couldn't open the room door. The receptionists were also very nice, I couldn't get in anywhere.
The hotel has a convenient location, I stayed in a very nice 2-bedroom villa with comfortable furniture. Highly recommend everyone.
