Sea Dream Resorts

The room I stayed in was nice. Which that what ya pay for. The room had a water heater,but no coffee, nor coffee cups. Just had beer and pop that was a cost. Both mornings I was there went to breakfast, the lady that was taking the order was very dismantle. Her attitude toward us was like you didnt feel welcome there. Couldn't wait get through eating and get out of there. And their kichten was supposed open up at 6am,which didn't happen. Had walk down to ask when they was going to open. Really not much to due at this place but swim in a pool. Really isnt worth the price!

This is probably my 4th stay and it speaks for itself why we come back . This is a fabulous environment to spend time. The Staff is just amazing. We look forward to coming back!!!

I like the views and peacefulness of the property. Room was spacious. However, would not stay here again. There are a lot of rules including no outside food so be aware that if you don’t want to eat at their restaurant you will need to leave the resort (resort food was not good nor authentic.) Main reason i booked this place was their fitness center/gym but it was being renovated at time of stay. I wish this had been disclosed to me at booking or at least prior to arrival.

Friendly and accommodating staff

Immediate area around the hotel is good, beach is formed of rocks so sea swimming off the beach is a no go. If checking in early evening be prepared for a rushed check-in and then the place to close down. We decided to gave a massage before we left, not a bad price and a good massage, only problem is no massage table only beds, not bad for us but for the therapist I'm not so sure. Overall I think they are overpriced for what's on offer.

Tranquil etting with nice pool side restaurant. Chef is excellent, food consistently delicious. Spacious rooms (overlooking grounds and pool(. Pool water filters must be turned on more often. Water is hazy and not crystal clear compared with similar upscale resorts in the area. Overall good experience. May return again.

Was a nice place but the restaurant was overpriced and there is no beach to speak of. Rooms were excellent although the shower was not good.

It’s worth wile , staff friendly, clean and will recommend it The only thing is they don’t have breakfast included especially if you paying the rates for in executive lounge, superior and classic But from that I will still stay there

The place is good, however the service is not like when we enter the room towel is not available and we need to ask the staff that we do not have towel in the room ready to use, also their was an electric kettle but no cup for coffee, no telephone/intercom in the room or in the area to call in front desk for any assistance, we need to go down and to ask for the assistance, the internet provided is not friendly and was not able to use for the entire stay, and when I check out even if it only me who check out it took some time to clear and I have to wait longer time than I usually experience with other hotels, and lastly the stairs going to second floor is made of metal and it bounce upon going up and down very cheap! So overall it is not worth of what I have paid of.

MY FAMILY STAYED IN THISPLACE FOR 2DAYSandwe enjoyed our stay . We love the ambience, so peaceful,one can hear the chirping of birds.Staff was friendly and helpful. We commend Micco,the resto/pool staff. who was friendly and would always extend help in taking photos and was readily giving us assistance whenever we needed one.Rooms are generally clean. Beds are comfy. WE highly recommend the resort to families who would ike to have arestful week.

This place is amazing! Fantastic, I can't say enough positive things about our experience at this resort. Friendly well mannered staff always ready to serve their guests. Accommodations are great, clean and well cared for. Way above average, top shelf all the way from start to finish. Restaurant was a bit pricey, but the food was very good. All in all this was a wonderful place I would definitely return again!

Took 16 family members to resort and apo inland resprt was nice and food was good but a little expensive compared to Philippines, was a drive to other restaurants in dumagette, there was no beach as you would expect to see in the Philippines, seen bette beaches in Florida, over all would not stay there again just because of the beach, but family freindly.

The stay was amazing. The owner was kind to upgrade me to a sea facing room. Room was very comfortable...the pool overlooking the sea was very well maintained. The lndscape and gardens were excellent...a nice little bar by the sea and excellent food in their restaurant. A great experience overall

I have mixed feelings about this place. I stayed for 5 nights in the more expensive Ocean view room. The room and amenities we're very nice. Great view, good wifi, AC, and satellite TV. No complaints. However, I was disappointed that they have no on site scuba diving center as advertised. They offered me a Scuba Diver excursion for 3 times the normal price since there were no other divers. Therefore, I did all my Scuba Diving at an off site dive center about 5km away. To do this, I had to rent a scooter at an inflated price and they even charged me extra for the helmet. The prices in the restaurant were also relatively expensive and breakfast is not included. It felt odd that the hotel manager (owner?) had his desk set up in the middle of the dining room and never greeted or said a word to me during my entire stay. While the staff were always very nice and professional.The guests seemed to be predominantly Chinese.

We only stayed one night but we wished we had stayed longer! The quality of the rooms and the view were perfect! Maybe a wider range of choice on the menu would make it perfect!

We had a nice stay at sea dreams resort. This hotel is 40 minutes to an hour from Dumaguete and the airport depending on traffic. Solid 3* property. Just outside of Dauin, which is a great dive spot! Finbar in Dauin is exceptional if you like craft beer and fabulous food. Alpo island is also nearby. They have vehicles on property you can arrange. Staff was great. Food was also good. Nice breakfast as well as lunch and dinner

We had a very nice 10 night stay. One particular pool boy was very attentive to my 79 year old mother getting into and out of the pool. One waitress was very attentive and helpful when we were at the pool. When those two individuals were not working, we had to find a wait person. The room was great, neat and clean. The only minor negative was the wall behind the bathroom bathroom sink faucet needed a little scrubbing. It looked like it had dried toothpaste. The chrome on the bathroom sink faucet also needed a little cleaning. ... we cleaned both. (we had two rooms and both we the same). The negatives are minor. and I'd stay here again. My rating would be 4.8 out of 5.

It is an excellent quiet modern hotel with a very good onsite restaurant, even though it’s menu is limited! It overlooks the ocean, but the beach is pebbles, but there is a good swimming pool there. It’s main problem is it is a 45 minutes drive to the city of Dumaguete, but the car or van drive is reasonably cheap! It is well worth staying there and is good value!
