The location is perfect, with a lot of culinary nearby. Limited parking area. The room is clean, smell smoke, but they come and spray the air freshener. The pool is great.

Even though the hotel is cheap, the rooms are clean and the staff are nice. In my stay, the food is buffet style but there are not many options, we choose what to eat, and the staff picked it for us so social distancing is kept. The location is nice because the hotel close to stasiun gubeng and Delta Mall, 5 minutes by walking. One need to be improved is the parking area, its not too big. Overall The Life Style Hotel is recommended for its location and price.

When I checked in, I chose room 1, but there was no solution or anything, and the soap and tissue were not checked, and when I entered it, they were all empty, and it was quite dirty, not very clean. In essence, I was not prepared enough, even though the location of the hotel was good, but in my opinion, the hotel was very lacking. I was disappointed.

Had asked to move rooms, because the cigarette smell made me sick. As far as I could see, it seemed like other naughty guests who didn't follow the rules in the no-smoking area made it difficult for the hotel to remove the lingering cigarette smell. Other than that, the hotel staff were friendly, clean, affordable, easy to get to everywhere, safe car parking, good coffee, and good tiramisu. Thank you.

the location is strategic near Gubeng, near the mall, near the station ATM. I stayed from May 7 to May 10. payment from the Traveloka app only has the option of paying on the spot. but the admin number (via WhatsApp) can help with payments via transfer. All staff are quite friendly. There is a gym and swimming pool. in the pool area you can relax and drink coffee at the cafe above. in the lobby there is also a restaurant and cafe. the room I occupied was a big suze bed. with a TV and a safe deposit box. The choice of channels on the TV is not bad.
the main problem is cleanliness and noise. I was in a room on the 11th floor. the sound of the neighbors in the next room was very clear, even though they were just sneezing. if your neighbors laugh and talk, their voices will be heard clearly. there is no cupboard or cupboard. maybe because it's a connecting room room?
the sink is clean at first glance. but when you look again it is very dirty. the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very dusty, not to mention black mold, lots of insects. the room is very humid. even though I keep the fan on, it doesn't help circulation. maybe because of that the occupants, both me and the next room - always sneeze from time to time.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved, and there is a leak when it rains, but I have reported it when checking out and it has been included in the notes for future improvements. Hopefully it can be improved

Not in accordance with the room order, ordered 1 king bed but in reality twin beds. The receptionist said it was a mistake from Traveloka. Makes you uncomfortable and feel cheated. Especially with the shower like a waterfall.

the location is in the middle of the city, so it's easy to go anywhere. the room is clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the water is hot, the towels are changed every day, it's really good. the food doesn't have many variants but the taste is okay. access to the swimming pool cannot use the elevator, via the emergency stairs because the position is on the rooftop
